Immigration & Nationality – Fees & Services

At Fidancı Law Ltd, we provide transparent, fixed-fee immigration services for a wide range of applications. Except where otherwise stated, all applications listed below are charged at a fixed fee of £2,000 + VAT, in accordance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Transparency Rules.

Fixed Fees (Standard Applications)

All applications listed below are charged at a fixed fee of £2,000 + VAT, unless stated otherwise.

(Third-party costs/disbursements are not included.)

• Naturalisation as a British Citizen
• Registration of a Child as a British Citizen (under 18)

• ECAA Extension (Turkish Businessperson)
• ECAA Family Member Application

• Extend your leave or settle as a partner or parent
• Entry Clearance Spouse or Fiancée Visa
• Remain in the UK under Family Life or Private Life routes
• All Indefinite Leave to Remain applications
• All Visitor Visa Applications

Complex Matters (Tailored Fee)

If a case requires substantial work, complex legal argument, or extensive documentation, it may fall under our hourly rate:

£350 + VAT per hour

We will provide a tailored estimate before starting any work.

Third-Party Costs (Disbursements)

Our fees do not include third-party costs. These vary depending on the application and may include:

• Home Office application fees
• Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS)
• Biometric appointment fees
• Translation or interpreting services
• Barrister/Counsel fees (if required)
• External expert or professional reports

All disbursements will be confirmed to you in writing on a case-by-case basis once we understand your application category and circumstances.

What Our Fixed Fee Includes

Your fixed fee includes:

• Full eligibility assessment and legal advice
• Review of all supporting documents
• Identifying evidential gaps and advising how to meet Home Office requirements
• Preparing and completing the online application
• Drafting tailored legal representations
• Uploading supporting documents to the Home Office portal
• Booking biometric appointments
• Ongoing communication and updates
• Advice following the Home Office decision

The fixed fee covers work up to the decision stage.

Services Not Included

Unless agreed separately, the following are excluded:

• Third-party disbursements
• Appeals
• Administrative review applications
• Judicial review proceedings
• Translation/interpreting services
• Accountancy/business plan advice
• Work arising from changes in your circumstances
• Additional work resulting from Home Office delays or requests beyond the normal scope

If additional work becomes necessary, we will agree any further fees in advance.

Timescales

• We aim to prepare and submit most applications within 2–4 weeks after receiving all necessary documentation.
• Home Office processing times vary by category and priority service availability.

We will provide current estimated processing times at the start of your matter and keep you updated.
