Our charges: Immigration and Nationality
We have provided a comprehensive list of all services we provide above in compliance with SRA Transparency Rules.
How much do we charge (fixed fee)?
| Naturalisation Application | £1,500 plus VAT |
| Registration as British Citizen as a child under 18 | £1,500 plus VAT |
| Turkish Businessperson extension Application in the UK | £1,500 plus VAT |
| Turkish Businessperson Family Application | £1,500 plus VAT |
| Extend your leave or settle in the UK as a partner or parent of a dependent child | £1,600 plus VAT |
| Entry clearance for spouse or fiancée visa | £1,250 |
| All visitor visa | £900 |
| Application remain in the UK under your family life or private life | £1,500 plus VAT |
On a complex matter which needs a tailored quote, fees would be calculated at a rate of £300 plus VAT per hour.
Please note that all fees show above are exclusive of VAT. VAT in relation to immigration matters may depend on where the client resides, i.e. applications from outside UK. We will confirm whether VAT (at a rate of 20%) is payable on fees when you instruct us.
Costs & Disbursements
Most applications will only incur Home Office fees and some application will also incur an NHS Surcharge. We will tell you all fee structure once you liaise with us. Both Home Office fees and NHS surcharges are not subject to VAT. Any appeals to the immigration tribunal, the court or an administrative review would be subject to an application fee depending on the type of application. The level of these costs will depend on your application type, please contact us for further details. If we instruct Counsel/a Barrister to represent you in any hearings, the costs would be subject to VAT. The costs of a Counsel/Barrister will of course depend on the level of experience of the Barrister.
The fees quoted above do not include interpreting/translation services. If you require an interpreter/translator, then, you can ask a friend or another community figure to come and help interpret at your own cost.
Services Not Included
We have provided a comprehensive list of all services we provide above in compliance with SRA Transparency Rules. However, each transaction is unique and there may be some services which are not included in the fees quotes above. Where possible, we will try to establish this at the outset of the transaction or we will let you know as soon as becoming aware of any services which you may need and which are not included in our costs.
